Above and Beyond Community Project
We are delighted to announce ICS Coaching and various venues have teamed up and are providing weekly bootcamps throughout the summer holidays. This bootcamp will be for free to attend – we will have a donation box at the bootcamp and any money raised will go to helping the community with sports equipment and sponsoring a kit.
We are hosting carefully planned and safe Fitness HIIT Bootcamps in various towns - We want to help you get you and your family fit over summer – our ethos over the summer is Healthy Mind | Healthy Body, We hope you join in the fun!

- Brisley Academy | Monday | 4:00PM - 4:30PM | 4:35PM - 5:05PM
- Weeting Village Hall | Monday | 9AM - 9:45AM |

Please fill in the booking form and send to either officeicscoaching@gmail.com or Watts App ICS Coaching 07765601690 with the booking form attached. YOU HAVE TO BOOK.
Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for the weather, a packed lunch and a refillable drink. Groups have to be small to ensure it's safe, this will be on a first come first serve basis.
