Service Description

Our Young Leaders Programme is designed to inspire, empower, and develop the next generation of confident, responsible role models within your school. This engaging course gives pupils the opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and teamwork skills through practical, hands-on activities. Children learn how to lead games and activities, support younger pupils, and take on responsibility within the school community — all while building confidence and self-belief. A 6 hour programme that can be over either 3 weeks or 6. Delivered by experienced coaches, the programme focuses on: Leadership and role-model behaviour Clear communication and organisation Teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving Confidence, resilience, and responsibility Supporting positive play and inclusion Pupils are guided on how to safely organise and lead activities during lunchtimes, PE lessons, and school events, making the course highly valuable and immediately impactful.
