[Norfolk, Summer 2020, Healthy Mind, Healthy Body] – Above and Beyond is a community project that ICS Coaching staff are dedicated to improve the community and this is a priority.
We are hosting carefully planned and safe Fitness Bootcamps in various towns in Norfolk, we want to help you and your family fit over summer with the ethos ' Healthy Body, Healthy Mind' – things you need to know.
· Book online from Wednesday 8th July.

· Each Inspire Bootcamp will be Covid Compliant.
· Small groups, no equipment needed.
· We welcome Families, couples and individuals.
· All ages, All Fitness Levels
· Completely FREE.
· Optional Donation which will raise funds for sports clubs, grass routes clubs and schools to buy essential sports kit and equipment or anything that is essential for your community.
