ICS CHAMPIONSHIPS

INCREASE OPPORTUNITY FOR PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIVE SPORT WITH HASSLE-FREE TOURNAMENTS

We are excited to announce our brand new competition format targeted at children in KS2. This package includes four competitions run over the course of the year including:

· 18th October 2019 – Handball

· 14th February 2020 – 4D’s Dodgeball

· 27th March 2020 – Basketball

· 22nd May 2020 – Cricket

You will be competing with other schools across the federation. Each team will have the opportunity to play every other school at least once. Competitions will be held in all three schools and will start at 4:15pm and finish by 5:30pm.

The winning team for each event will receive medals and the overall winning school across the six competitions will receive an engraved trophy to keep for the year.

The cost of our competition package is £320.00 per school. This is a good way to spend sport premium funding and some schools previously have asked for a £2 contribution from each player to subsidise costs.

ICS competitions are managed and delivered by Matt Parkinson in a safe and enjoyable environment.

Once you have booked, you will receive a confirmation email which includes all dates. Invoices will be sent mid-November which gives time for the Sports Premium money to be credited to your school. We will then be in touch at the beginning of the school year to finalise details.

We also offer one off sessions to up skill teams ready for the competitions at a fee of £50 for an hour and a half session. If this is something you are interested in, please let us know at the time of booking so we can schedule you in.
